Postage and Packing (Mainland UK Only)

FREE DELIVERY on all orders £50.00 and over.

For orders up to £49.99 - £7.50 (Interlink shipping).

Overseas

Currently, we only accept online payments from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you wish to place an order for overseas delivery or if you have a card issued by a non-UK bank.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order promptly: You should receive your order within 5-7 working days. If for some reason your delivery doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us.

Please ensure that you are available to receive you parcel as a signature is required for all deliveries.

Please also be aware that stock levels change rapidly at various times in the year but we will do all we can to ensure that the products you want are available. We will inform you immediately if any item is not available and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

You will not be charged until your order is despatched and an email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been despatched. Your order should arrive within 3 working days following this email.

Items can be returned for a refund, providing they are returned in a perfect and re-saleable condition, including original packaging, instructions, etc. within 14 days. Please see delivery note for returns address. We regret postage is a direct cost and cannot be refunded.
