The KAI Wasabi Black kitchen knife series is characterized by its polished steel blade and black handle. These Japanese kitchen knives feature a stainless steel polished blade with a hardness of 58±1 HRC. The extra hygienic handle uses a special combination of bamboo powder, which has natural anti-bacterial properties, and polypropylene. The black handle embraces the blade completely, as opposed to the traditional Japanese wood handle. This means it cannot be penetrated by dirt in any circumstance.
